Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from makers working across all disciplines — textiles and wearables, ceramics and glass, print and 2D art, jewellery, furniture, lighting, industrial and product design, and more. What we’re looking for is the same across all categories:

  • Made by you - Every product must be made by you or your named studio.

  • Original work - A clear point of view, materials integrity, and an identifiable maker’s hand.

  • Locally based - Greater Melbourne or regional Victoria, with a preference for studios within 30km of the CBD.

  • Emerging practice - Within your first ten years of professional work.

  • Sustainable approach - A demonstrable relationship to material origin, repairability, or circularity.

Stall Details

$100/stall
Each stall is a 3m × 3m footprint. Artists and designers are to bring along there own marquee, weights, signage and display. We do however hire out Marquees and weights via our website at $40 per marquee.

Stallholder Info Pack

Bump In / Bump Out

Bump in: 7:30am – 8:30am (pre-assigned 10-minute time slots, confirmed 48 hours in advance)

Bump out: 3:30pm – 4:30pm (reverse order to bump in)

Loading zones operate on Flinders Lane (187–197) and Collins Street (187–199). Full stallholder logistics are communicated at onboarding.
